Originate and develop innovative focussed business models and propositions that strengthen the resilience of Rabobank's Wholesale & Rural portfolio. The role focuses on digital assets led corporate and institutional banking propositions.

As Business Analyst, je will be crucial to turning strategic portfolio challenges into tangible business opportunities for Wholesale & Rural Innovation. Je will identify and develop propositions that explore digital assets led use cases for strengthening our client value proposition. Je will work across clients, product teams and specialist functions, connecting stakeholders with different perspectives and translating developments in the area of digital assets into validated propositions and business cases.

• Originate and validate digital assets propositions within a Wholesale banking context
• Translate client needs and external developments into scalable solutions and business models
• Create networks and collaborations across internal and external stakeholders with potentially contrasting needs

Werkzaamheden

• Develop and implement propositions that strengthen support the digital assets vision for Wholesale & Rural
• Build business cases and foster relationships with clients, business partners and product teams to drive validation and go-to-market
• Translate complex business needs into clear requirements, processes, options and decision points.

• Proven experience in business analysis, preferably in banking or financial services
• At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, strategy, innovation or business development
• Demonstrable experience in portfolio optimization in a large wholesale banking organization (>2000 FTE) e.g. on risk density, income/assets, Risk Weighted Asset reduction
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to build fact-based business cases
• Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset, with strong stakeholder-management skills in a complex environment
• Woonachtig in Nederland

Wensen

• Experience with digital assets, structured finance or transaction banking is a strong plus

Working together is the way we work: as one entrepreneurial team at Rabobank.
