As a seasoned HR business analyst, we invite you to join us and take part in international projects. In this role, de professional will act as a key link between business stakeholders and IT, playing a crucial role in bridging gaps and ensuring successful project outcomes. De professional uses analytical skills to scrutinize stakeholder needs and drive the development of best-in-class IT solutions for recruitment processes, with an initial focus on the pre-selection processes. De professional's contribution will help maintain the highest quality standards for our stakeholders and ensure the efficiency and success of our IT environment.

The focus of de professional's work will be on:
  • Maintaining control over the Rabobank.jobs platform and ensuring its stability, performance, and compliance.
  • Supporting and optimizing pre-selection processes within the recruitment funnel.
  • Driving the AI way of working and contributing to the continuous development and innovation of the recruitment platform.

Eisen

  • Knowledge of careers platforms / digital ecosystems, including topics such as security, privacy, and cookie compliance.
  • Experience with web technologies, system integrations, and data flows.
  • Affinity with AI, innovation, and digital transformation.
  • Experience in optimizing digital journeys and building business cases (BuCas) to support decision-making.
