We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to join us.

Our team delivers Service Management APIs as part of the IT Service Automation Platform, enabling stakeholders to access Service Management and CMDB data in a secure, compliant, and intuitive way. In this role, je will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our APIs. Je will work closely with developers, product owner and solution architect to design and implement robust testing strategies, drive automation, and continuously improve quality across the platform.

The ideal professional combines strong API testing expertise with a solid understanding of service management processes (ITIL), and has a passion for automation, quality engineering practices, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to design and development of comprehensive test strategies (functional, integration, regression, and performance) for Service Management APIs.
• Build and maintain automated test frameworks for API validation and integration scenarios.
• Validate API functionality, data integrity, security, and compliance requirements.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and fast feedback cycles.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality is built into the implementation of APIs.
• Contribute to test data management and environment setup for reliable and repeatable testing.
• Ensure API documentation aligns with implemented functionality and test coverage.
• Monitor API performance and reliability and support root cause analysis.
• Support incident management by troubleshooting issues and validating fixes in production-like environments.
• Communicate quality insights, risks, and test results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong experience in API testing, including RESTful services and integration validation.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks
• Experience integrating and running tests with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, YAML pipelines).
• Solid knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, and release management).
• Understanding of API security, performance testing, and monitoring practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a quality-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a cross-functional team.

Wensen

• Familiarity with Azure services such as API Management, Functions, or Container Apps is a plus.
• Proficiency in programming languages is a plus (i.e. Python, C#, or JavaScript).
